Associate Executive
The Executive Assistant of the Population Health Office will provide administrative and operational support to the Digital Services and Population Health Management (Research & Evaluation) departments. The Digital Services team develops and implements digital enablers including data platforms, citizen-facing applications, and interoperable health systems that support NHG Population Health strategies. The Population Health Management (Research & Evaluation) team performs research and assessment activities centered on preventive care, health equity, environmental health factors, and ageing populations to support evidence-based decision making in population health initiatives.
Digital Services
- Coordinate meetings and stakeholder engagements for digital platform development projects, including diary management for key personnel, ensuring alignment between technical teams, providers, and government agencies
- Prepare briefing materials and project status reports for senior management, translating complex digital solutions into accessible business language
- Support project documentation and user training coordination for digital platform launches, enhancements etc
Population Health Management (Research & Evaluation)
- Schedule research and/or programme evaluation meetings, with internal teams, external researchers, academia, and community partners, including diary management for key stakeholders
- Coordinate research ethics applications, data collection activities, and participant recruitment processes for population health studies
- Support conference presentations, research dissemination events, and grant application processes with academic institutions and research organisations
