Job description:

  • Assist and support the administration of Postgraduate Training Programmes and medical seminars and workshops
  • Assist and support the administration of MOPEX, residency, Fellowship and short postings
  • Coordinate PSS training for medical staff and process SMC assessment for doctors on Conditional / Temporary Registration
  • Administer support for Continuous Medical Education activities in NSC and the hiring process of medical doctor (e.g., SMC and MOM applications)
  • Compile doctors non-working session for monthly report.
  • Administer initial and renew accreditation for NSC and with TTSH
  • Maintain documentation of all training records

 

Qualifications

  • Diploma in any discipline with at least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in healthcare or educational institutions will be an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Excellent organisational, coordination, and time-management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, both verbal and written
