Associate Executive
Job description:
- Assist and support the administration of Postgraduate Training Programmes and medical seminars and workshops
- Assist and support the administration of MOPEX, residency, Fellowship and short postings
- Coordinate PSS training for medical staff and process SMC assessment for doctors on Conditional / Temporary Registration
- Administer support for Continuous Medical Education activities in NSC and the hiring process of medical doctor (e.g., SMC and MOM applications)
- Compile doctors non-working session for monthly report.
- Administer initial and renew accreditation for NSC and with TTSH
- Maintain documentation of all training records
Qualifications
- Diploma in any discipline with at least 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience in healthcare or educational institutions will be an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent organisational, coordination, and time-management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, both verbal and written
