Job Responsibilities
As part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will contribute to managing the operational and administrative functions to support the clinical department’s shared goals and strategic objectives. This role involves overseeing the governance and non-clinical audits, with an emphasis on maintaining high-quality standards. Key duties include planning doctors' prison clinic schedules, attending monthly meetings with the primary medical service provider and Singapore Prison Service (SPS), and promoting service development through continuous improvement efforts. You will also be responsible for ensuring seamless continuity of care by adapting IMH’s best practices (work instructions, policies) to the prison setting where applicable, and handling any additional duties as required.
Requirements:
- Good degree in a business or clinical degree is preferred
- Must be comfortable to work in Prison
- Minimum 4-5 years in Operations / Administration / Data Analysis and staff supervision. Relevant experience in healthcare sector will be an advantage
- Prior experience in writing proposal business paper and budgeting will be an added advantage
- Independent individual with the ability to multi-task and liaise with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong communication and written skills
