Assistant Manager
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
This rolee will be responsible to review and enhance energy efficiency, provide technical expertise, and drive sustainability efforts across NHG Polyclinics. Your role will involve data collection and visualization of the sustainability roadmap. You will develop, maintain, and drive behavioral change to foster a sustainable culture, with a focus on Environmental, Social, and Governance principles.
Key Responsibilities
Data Management & Performance:
- Collect and manage utilities data (energy, electricity, water, waste)
- Visualize sustainability roadmaps and track performance indicators
- Lead for GM Certification for all clinics, including meeting all the regulatory requirements from BCA, MOH and NEA.
Strategic Aspect:
- Assist in the development and implement sustainability frameworks, strategies, and priorities
- Champion behavior change initiatives to improve sustainable culture
- Establish environmental goals in consultation with Senior Management
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with Facilities Management Vendors on sustainability initiatives
- Support the Sustainability Committee across various departments
- Establish partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with NHG consultants on building performance reviews
- Point of Contact for NHG Sustainability Committee, including the submission of quarterly ES Scorecard and Resources Management Plans
Campaign Management:
- Lead Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle campaigns
- Conduct sustainability outreach programs
Technical Oversight:
- Review plans, specifications, and tender requirements, and participate in HVAC system design, testing, commissioning, and operations
- Implement enhancement works to the selected clinics to improve its energy efficiency.
- Identify improvement opportunities and standardize sustainable practices
- Drive ESG-focused facilities management
A. SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contributes to innovation projects and other essential improvement works.
- Provides support for departmental strategic planning, including annual workplan, budget and manpower and people development, in accordance to Corporate Development planning guidelines and timelines
- Performs any other duties assigned by your Reporting Officer
