NHG Cares Services supports and implements NHG’s Population Health strategy in line with MOH’s Healthier SG plans. NHG Cares Services works closely with NHG institutions, primary care providers and community partners to Enable Better Care and Better Health for our residents.

Responsibilities:

The Candidate reports to Assistant Director, Population Health Campus. He/ she will be responsible for month end closing for the new functions under NHG Population Health campus, including reporting and analysis of the financial performances (actual/ bi-annual projection/ annual budget) of these functions. The Candidate will be the main support for all finance related matters for these functions.
In addition, he/ she will prepare the consolidated Population Health Campus Unit financials which comprises the new functions and the existing business units. This includes monthly consolidated reporting, Forecast and annual budgeting exercise.. The Candidate is expected to work with multiple stakeholders to understand the financial data and trend, and ensure the reasonableness of the financial budget/ projection.
The Candidate will contribute as a key finance business partner to drive strategic business decision and evaluate operational performance and productivity target.
Assist on the external and internal audit matters.
Provide support to Assistant Director on ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting matters to Management.

Requirements:

A good, recognized degree in accountancy or equivalent.
At least more than 8 years of relevant working experience, with in-depth knowledge of accounting standards and Singapore taxation/GST
Fluent in writing and good presentation skills.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
Experience in the healthcare industry, SAP Hana/Hyperion applications and big data analytical skills would be an advantage.
