Assistant Manager (Innovation and Prototyping Lab)

Centre of Healthcare Innovation (CHI)’s Digital & Smart Health Office (DSHO) supports digital enablement and automation, facilitate innovation prototyping and accelerate digital health care journeys and evaluate digital technologies and wayfind the adoption of new technologies in health. CHI Reimagination Plaza (CHIRP) is a shared space for reimagining new sustainable models of care, with the mission to tap digitalization and technologies to create a Hospital without Walls, an ideology for the right and best care to be administered anywhere, anytime.     

 

In alignment with the above, we are looking for someone to manage and optimize the space to showcase cutting-edge prototypes.  This includes: - 

  • Lead in the transformation and refresh of CHIRP to accommodate theme-labs and co-working spaces, where collaborators can look forward to an immersive learning experience to rest their innovation in simulated care environment of the future.   

  • Drive the promotion and facilitation of CHIRP space among internal and external stakeholders, including staff, patients, partners and collaborators. 

  • Plan and coordinate events and activities, such as workshops, hackathons, exhibition, visits, in the CHIRP space 

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in the area of digital innovation and digital transformation 

  • At least 5 years of experience in managing and evaluating digital innovation projects and showcases 

  • Experience in operating and maintaining an innovation space, such as lab, studio, co-working space 

  • Experience in organizing and facilitating events, such as workshops, hackathons, etc. 

  • Experience in building and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, such as staff, patients, public, partners and collaborators 

  • Experience in communicating and presenting complex and technical information to diverse audiences, using various formats and channels 

  • Experience in working in a multidisciplinary and agile team environment 

  • Experience in using various data collection, analysis and reporting tools and methods, such as surveys, interviews, focus groups, observations, experiments, dashboards, reports, etc. 

  • Experience in using various digital innovation tools and methods, such as design thinking, prototyping, testing, user feedback, etc.
