Job Purpose

 

a) The Assistant Manager will support the Yishun Health (YH)’s strategic growth and development in Value Based Care (VBC) under Clinical Quality, Performance and Value (CQPV). The primary responsibilities and duties also include supporting and coordinating the implementation of value-based initiatives within YH.

 

 

b) The individual will collaborate with KTPH and YCH multi-disciplinary teams, and external stakeholders such as NHG Clinical & Academic Development (CAD) and Ministry of Health (MOH) to align processes and resources planning to KTPH VBC strategy.

  1. Assist in developing and implementing YH's Value Strategy, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans

 

 

  1. Lead the implementation of Patient Reported Outcome Measures (PROMs), managing change processes with patients and care providers to ensure successful adoption.

 

  1. Conduct in-depth analysis of data trends and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and inform decision-making.

 

  1. Manage and coordinate value-based care projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with strategic objectives.

 

  1. Prepare and present comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management, summarising key findings and recommendations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

 

    1. Education/Training/Experience

 

      1. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Data Analytics).
      2. Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in healthcare or related industries.
      3. Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office applications.
      4. Experience in project management and implementation of healthcare initiatives is preferred.
