Assistant Manager, Performance and Value (Value Based Care)
Job Purpose
a) The Assistant Manager will support the Yishun Health (YH)’s strategic growth and development in Value Based Care (VBC) under Clinical Quality, Performance and Value (CQPV). The primary responsibilities and duties also include supporting and coordinating the implementation of value-based initiatives within YH.
b) The individual will collaborate with KTPH and YCH multi-disciplinary teams, and external stakeholders such as NHG Clinical & Academic Development (CAD) and Ministry of Health (MOH) to align processes and resources planning to KTPH VBC strategy.

- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Data Analytics).
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in healthcare or related industries.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in project management and implementation of healthcare initiatives is preferred.
