Assistant Manager, Group Talent Management

You will assist in managing the Talent Management and Succession Planning (TMSP) function in HR. This includes administering of the NHG talent management programme, managing the database for NHG’s talent pool, and succession planning for key positions at the cluster level.

 

The role will involve working closely with NHG institutions and various stakeholders on talent identification, development and engagement initiatives at the operational, tactical and strategic levels. This includes nominations for development / leadership initiatives and programmes, planning and executing annual talent review and succession planning conversations with senior leaders, as well as review of talent management frameworks and strategies.

 

Your key working partners include talent management colleagues from NHG institutions and Ministry of Health, with some exposure to external training coordinators.

 

 

Requirements

  • Recognized University Degree
  • Possess excellent communication, written and presentation skills.
  • Analytical, mature and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communications and presentation skills.
  • Strong organization and planning skills.
  • Must have initiative and able to handle multiple projects concurrently
  • Ability to understand interdependencies and synergize needs of different stakeholders.
  • Ability to provide guidance and coaching to peers and/or junior staff in daily work.
