Assistant Manager, Statutory Finance Operations
Duties & Responsibilities: -
- Prepare and perform variance analysis for management reporting.
- Prepare and review monthly audit schedules
- Prepare month-end and year-end closing accruals, including reconciliation.
- Support internal and external audits
- Support annual budgeting and forecasting exercises
- Work closely with HR and other stakeholders on manpower subvention.
- Manage and oversee grant-funded programs, monitor grant utilization, budget balances and claim submission timelines
- Liaise with funding agencies, internal stakeholders and auditors on grant-related matters
- Support ad-hoc duties and assignments as and when required.
Requirements: -
- Degree in Accountancy or equivalent with at least 3 years’ accounting and management reporting experience.
- Knowledge in SAP and relevant experience in healthcare industry will be an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office application, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Independent, good interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional, proactive and self-motivated team player with strong analytical skills
