Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Organise, coordinate and/or liaise with external parties on producing publications for NHG or NSC.
  • Propose media pitches and facilitate for media interviews
  • Manage, support and coordinate VIPs/guests visits and invitations 
  • Manage content for corporate website and social media
  • Plan, organise and lead team in corporate events
  • Support, organise and coordinate institutional initiatives

 

Requirements: 

  • Minimum Degree qualification
  • At least 5 years of working experience
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Meticulous with an eye for detail
  • Able to multi-task, work independently and also be a team player.
  • Experience in healthcare or service industries will be an advantage
