Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to support the Clinical Governance & Quality (CGQ) Department in leading the administrative functions for various quality programmes. The successful candidate will work closely with CEO, CMB, ACMB (Clinical Quality), Operations, Patient Relations Office and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of quality initiatives.

 

Job Responsibilities

  1. Oversee all administrative functions under quality, including the coordination and support of quality & patient safety initiatives/KPIs and the supervision and management of staff
  2. Provide administrative oversight for the Joint Commission International (JCI)/Ensure Safer System programme and related activities organized by MOH and NHG
  3. Develop, conduct, and coordinate quality & patient safety training courses, such as Root Cause Analysis and QI Toolkit
  4. Work with Patient Relation Office to develop and implement strategies for improving patient experience and service quality
  5. Collaborate with clinicians and operational teams to improve operational quality and drive quality improvement projects.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a healthcare related discipline
  • A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in healthcare quality, including experience in supervising and managing staff
  • Strong critical/analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, and resilience to perform well under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write clearly and succinctly in English
  • Good interpersonal skills, a team player, and detail oriented.
