Assistant Director
NHG Population Health (PopHealth) drives and supports the strategic development and implementation of the Population Health Transformation of the NHG Health, in synchronisation with national population health strategies and key programmes: Healthier SG and Age Well SG.
The Planning section supports the three missions of NHG PopHealth - Population Health, Community Care, Primary Care - through strategy and workplan development, performance monitoring, and corporate development to drive the transformation and scaling up of the preventive care system and aged care system, in close collaboration with the transformation of the acute care system.
The Assistant Director/Senior Manager, Corporate Planning, is responsible for overseeing the strategic initiatives work planning, corporate development and administration that support the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the organisation. The role ensures that corporate planning and services are aligned with the organisation’s strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
1) Corporate Development
- Lead in coordinating the annual strategic corporate planning for the development of the workplans, in alignment with strategic priorities.
- Lead in coordinating the monitoring and reporting the progress of initiatives in the workplans, including the development of performance dashboards and reports to management.
- Support senior management in driving strategic change at corporate visits, meetings. and planning retreats, to develop, monitor and review the organisation’s strategic priorities and plans.
2) Corporate Governance
- Lead the development, implementation and maintenance of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework, including risk assessment, monitoring, and reporting.
- Oversee the Business Continuity Management (BCM) program, including BC Plans development, testing, and review.
- Drive the organisation's data protection framework and ensure compliance with PDPA requirements.
- Develop, implement, and enforce corporate policies, and conduct internal audits and review to ensure continuous improvement.
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor degree in any discipline.
- Proficient in MS Words, Excel & PowerPoint.
- Preferably with at least 8 years of relevant working experience in Corporate Planning, ERM, BCM and Data Protection. Highly advantageous with relevant exposure or experience in healthcare industry.
- Demonstrated forward planning, leadership, teamwork, abilities in managing internal/external stakeholders of various levels of seniority, diverse interest and background in a dynamic environment.
