Responsibilities:

 

  • To build and execute effective hiring strategies and developing a brand that attracts the best employees.
  • To work closely with HODs in areas such as workforce planning, recruitment, employee retention, performance management and discipline inquiry etc.
  • To drive and implement transformation and improvement projects.


Requirements:

 

  • A good Degree in any discipline
  • Strong knowledge in Talent Acquisition / HR Business Partnering is preferred
  • Candidates should have 3-5 years managerial experience.
  • People-oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly motivated, meticulous, independent and adaptable to change
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Abreast with current employment legislations and HR practices.
