Assistant Director / Manager, Human Resource (Talent Acquisition)
Responsibilities:
- To build and execute effective hiring strategies and developing a brand that attracts the best employees.
- To work closely with HODs in areas such as workforce planning, recruitment, employee retention, performance management and discipline inquiry etc.
- To drive and implement transformation and improvement projects.
Requirements:
- A good Degree in any discipline
- Strong knowledge in Talent Acquisition / HR Business Partnering is preferred
- Candidates should have 3-5 years managerial experience.
- People-oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly motivated, meticulous, independent and adaptable to change
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Abreast with current employment legislations and HR practices.
