JOB PURPOSE

Join our finance team to support critical functions including Capitation Subvention, system setup, and financial planning and analysis. This role encompasses month-end closing activities, productivity analysis, budget setting, and management reporting to drive operational excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Financial Operations & Analysis

  • Conduct monthly financial closing and comprehensive analysis of Subvention financials
  • Collaborate with Group to ensure capitation funding computations and parameters align with hospital requirements
  • Support annual budgeting processes and regular financial forecasting activities

System & Process Management

  • Participate in system enhancements and implementations to meet new statutory and operational requirements
  • Prepare comprehensive audit documentation for financial audits
  • Support annual external and internal audits by coordinating with users and responding to auditor queries

Stakeholder Management & Compliance

  • Prepare reports and liaise with funding agencies, including MOH
  • Track disbursements and reimbursements from funding agencies
  • Contribute to ad hoc projects as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent professional qualification
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in similar capacity
  • Strong organisational skills with proven ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated with genuine interest in continuous learning
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; working knowledge of SAP preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all organisational levels
  • Ability to work independently and proactively resolve problems within established guidelines
